Logan County Sheriff

It is hard to believe that it has been almost four years since I was elected to serve as your Logan County Sheriff.
During my first term in office, we have worked very hard to provide the best possible public safety services for our community.
We are excited about the opportunity to build upon our successes and the experience that we have gained from this term.
As Sheriff, I have come to learn that there is a special bond between our office and the community that we serve.
I ask for your continued support in our efforts.

Sincerely,

Andy

 Barb McDonald

Hello, my name is Barb McDonald and I am a Republican candidate for Clerk of Courts of Logan County. I am asking you for your vote!

As Chief Deputy Clerk for the Legal Department, I bring with me sixteen years of experience in this office. During that time I have worked in both the Title Office and the Legal Department. The current clerk, Dottie Tuttle, is retiring and has given me her endorsement.

The Clerk of Court is the “Keeper of the Records” for Common Pleas Courts. The software package we utilize to accomplish this has been under my direction for our department for nine years.

My long range goals are to continue with improvements to our system capabilities with electronic filing and document imaging; however, being ever mindful of the use of public funds.

My first and foremost short term goal is to provide a smooth transition from the current Clerk to the new Clerk. The smooth and timely flow of our work is vital for the continued support of the Courts. We must also continue to provide efficient and courteous service to the public during this transition period.

I believe that my good administrative and organization skills, combined with my years of experience in the office, make me the perfect person to be the next Clerk of Courts.

Sincerely,

Barb McDonald
